How do I purchase online with Co-Op Superstores?
In order to find a particular product type e.g. steam cleaner, simply type in this word in the search engine box located on the top center of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product. If you know the code of the product you are looking for you can search using this code. You can also browse through our range of products using the categories at the top of the page.
How do I find a product?
Browse different departments through the main menu on each page. Select a department and you will be redirected to chosen department’s page. Select a category to shop particular products in that department. After selecting a category you can filter further to simplify or carry out more precise searches.
How do I add a product to my Shopping Basket?
Simply click the "BUY NOW" button located below the description of the item you want to buy. This will automatically add the product to your basket.
How can I see what is in my Shopping Basket?
This can be viewed at any time by clicking on the "My Shopping Basket" link which is located at the top of the page.
How do I remove an item from my Shopping Basket?
If you have added a product to your shopping basket and you no longer wish to purchase it - simply click on "My Shopping Basket" and click on the "X" button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your basket. If you wish to empty your shopping basket of all items, click on the "Remove All" text.
Do I need to be registered to buy?
No. You can purchase on the site without being a registered member, and access the regular checkout.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Unfortunately we don't offer this service.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to let you know we have received it. You will also get an email confirming that your order has been dispatched from our online store.
How do I pay for my order?
You have 2 options to pay for your order:
1.You can charge to your Dairygold Account (if you a registered member) – just follow the prompts in the checkout process in order to complete payment. You will receive an e-mailed receipt as soon as we start to process the order. Your use of your account in connection with this website is subject to the general account terms.
2. You can either:
• Pay by Debit/Credit Card
• Pay by PayPal

How do I become a Dairygold Account Holder?
In order to set up a Dairygold Credit Account you must call to one of our 26 stores and complete a credit account application form.

You have 2 options for returning products to us – you can return the product to any of our 26 stores across Munster or you can send it via post/courier to our online store at Co-Op Superstores Online Store, Raheen Roundabout, Raheen, Limerick.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
